We are now inviting full-time and part-time baristas / all-rounders to join our team.

We offer:

薪酬及福利如下：

- Full Time: monthly salary at $16,000-19,000 (depending on the relevant experience) and discretionary bonus; 

全職月薪$16,000-19,000（視乎相關經驗）, 另加酌情花紅;

 

- 8 days off per month;
每月8天假期;

 

- 10 hour work shift per day;
每天工作時間10小時;

 

- 10 days of annual leave, birthday leave and statutory holidays;

年假10天, 生日假期, 和勞工假; 

 

- In-house training; and

- Location: Prince Edward (close to the flower market)

Job Responsibilities:

工作職責：

 

- Responsible for running daily operation of the bar (including operating espresso machine, grinder and pull-over coffee equipment) and delivering high-level customer services (including food serving and making recommendations on F&B items in a professional and polite manner to guests); 

負責酒吧的日常運作（包括操作espresso咖啡機、研磨機和沖咖啡設備）並提供高水準的客戶服務（包括及時與禮貌地傳餐給顧客以及以專業的方式向顧客推薦餐飲項目）;

 

- Preparing high-standard coffee, drinks and light food;

準備高標準的咖啡、飲料和輕食; 

 

- Ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety standard;

確保遵守衛生、健康和安全標準;

 

- Greet customers when they arrive and leave, and ensure customers have everything they need throughout their dining experience; 

親切有善地接待客人，並確保照顧客人在整個用餐過程中所需的;

 

- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed; and

協助開舖及收舖的日常程序; 以及

 

- Conduct ad-hoc responsibilities and support the team as instructed by direct supervisor. 

付責直接上司特別指派的工作及協助團隊。

 

Job Requirements:

工作要求：

 

- Previous experience in cafe/restaurant would be preferred; 

過往具西式餐飲相關的客服工作經驗者優先；

 

- Fresh graduates also welcome to apply; 

歡迎應屆畢業生申請；

 

- Passionate in coffee (preferably has previous work experience in specialty & pour-over coffee brewing);

對咖啡具備熱誠（有專業咖啡和手沖咖啡沖泡工作經驗優先）；

 

- Preferably have interest in flowers and green plants; 

對花卉和綠色植物有興趣者優先;

 

- Assist in coffee, drinks, light food preparation and food servicing in consistently high standard;

持續地以高標準的工作表現協助咖啡、飲料、輕食準備及餐飲服務；

 

-Mature, responsible, team player and self-motivated;

成熟、有責任感、有團隊精神及上進心；

 

- Cheerful, kind-hearted, proactive and energetic personality with good customer service, interpersonal & multi-tasking skills; 

個性開朗、善良、積極、具活力及良好的客戶服務、人際互動和多項任務同時處理的能力；

 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during rush hours while maintaining a positive attitude; and

能夠在繁忙時段的快節奏工作環境中保持積極正面的態度; 以及

 

- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
